Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- Items are unused and in original packaging
- Items are free from physical damage caused by the buyer
- Original accessories and documentation are included

2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-configured or OEM products
- Products with broken seals or removed labels
- Software licenses or downloadable products

3. Return Process
Contact us at jhg@yiyuanguanglian.cn with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product condition
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

4. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge
- Orders in production or shipped cannot be cancelled
- Custom orders are non-cancellable once confirmed

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
